The bond I share with my clients holds immense significance to me. I prioritize hearing them out in order to grasp their problems and apprehensions. My proactive methodology empowers me to furnish reliable counsel and effectively stand up for them. It would be a pleasure to work with you, and I pledge to put forth my best efforts to aid you in any way possible.
I specialize in managing business and commercial disputes, as well as cases related to insolvency and restructuring.  However, I am also a versatile attorney with a diverse skillset. As a transactional attorney, I possess the proficiency to review a wide range of legal documents, including loan and security agreements, real estate contracts, partnership agreements, business formation documents, trust and estate papers, and several other transactional documents. Furthermore, I am an accomplished litigator, equipped to appear in court on law and motion matters, take on compliancy issues, contract disputes, fraud claims, assist with receivership issues, and tackle various other legal issues that may arise.
